 Commander Mail uses three directories for it's In box, Out
 box, and Sent box.  This dialog box allows you to specify
 where these directories should be.  By default, they'll be
 created as subdirectories of the directory that contains
 mci.exe.

    Outgoing      This is where Commander Mail looks for
                  messages waiting to be sent.

    Incoming      Commander Mail puts new messages into this
                  directory.

    Sent          Messages that have been sent successfully
                  are put into this directory.
